What if I don’t have a Thumbtack account? 

We’ve already created an account for you. Just reset your password and your credit will already be applied to your account.  

Can I use the credit for multiple projects? 
Your $200 Thumbtack credit is one-time use. Any amount not used at time of first redemption will be forfeited. The credit expires six months from the date deposited into your account.
Can I use the credit to book any service professional? 

Credit only applies to projects paid for through Thumbtack. Not all pros accept payment through Thumbtack. Make sure to select a Thumbtack pro who accepts payments through Thumbtack, and pay for their service through the Thumbtack app. Even if their profile says they accept payments, make sure you confirm while booking, and let them know that you have a credit that will apply towards the final bill.
How can I tell which pros accept payments through Thumbtack?
Not all pros accept payment through Thumbtack. On a pro’s profile page, scroll past the overview to where it says “Payment methods.” If it says “Pay on Thumbtack,” this pro should be able to accept payments (and your credit) via the app. Still, confirm when you book the pro.
