I used Aloha Junk Man LLC to remove mixed trash, pieces of small, furniture, an old toilets, pieces of wood, a television, and debris. I really appreciated the professionalism, responsiveness, timeliness, punctuality, and flexibility the company offered. This was a very difficult time because I was helping my friend who recently lost her brother and I was working through the process to clear everything from the condo and Aloha Junk Man LLC and their entire team were phenomenal! I even talk to them about negotiating the final quote they listen to my concerns, which I really appreciated during this time. This was really important because I had several other companies to either no-show or did not stay and complete all the work based on the commitment that they made. Aloha Junk Man LLC Kept their word on everything and came the same day, gave me a quote on the spot after doing an assessment, and started working right away. Their crew was efficient and even swept after completing the job. I would recommend them hands-down! I was very pleased!

Junk removal for my grandparents house earlier this year. Amazing communication, quick scheduling, friendly crew, VERY considerate. There were a lot of emotions involved and they were very kind to my grandparents, and me when I was stressed out. They even helped us sweep up the areas they removed items from, even when we said no need. Highly recommend and will always refer to friends/family.

Called in the morning and got a service window for early afternoon, same day. They called twice to let me know their arrival status. The item was in the house so when they came, they asked about their shoes they respected my request to remove shoes one took off his shoes, the other went back to the truck to get booties. We really appreciated that. They looked at the item, and gave a good price. They took the item very quickly. Great service.

Typically, we charge by volume. (Cubic yards/How much junk in the truck) In some cases we will charge by weight.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always prefer to see our customers face to face so we extend no obligation on site estimates for all of our projects. After receiving the estimate, if the customer agrees to the price we can usually remove the items right away.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been involved in the construction fields for over 15 years. We have also had experience in the banking and the real estate industry.
