- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a base price to show up and that will include the first 100 sq ft of carpet. We keep our prices very competitive. When it comes to upholstery cleaning we charge by the cushion or by the length of a couch. If you would like a free estimate, please feel free to contact us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our technicians are specially trained to handle anything from synthetic carpets to natural fiber area rugs. It may seem simple to clean carpets, but here are a few things we keep in mind: -The material and composition of every rug is different. Fine area rugs made out of natural fiber are very delicate and require careful attention to the chemicals used and even the vacuum used. Materials such as wool, silk, viscose, tencel, alpaca, or other natural fibers are extremely delicate and require very careful attention. Something as simple as water temperature could make a huge difference. -Carefully working around anything in our workspace. We try to always to protect anything that we are not cleaning. -We use an Electric Truck-Mount system for our vacuums. This uses less fuel and is more eco-friendly. -We want to make sure you're happy, so we will try to accommodate anything you need to the best of our ability.
