- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe that pricing needs to be fair for the costumer and for the contractor. Pricing is extremely important to be where it needs to be based on the amount of Labor and the expertise that is needed for the restoration or installation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After the customer submits an online request or calls me with a project request I get back to them as soon as I can, typically before end of business day. I will be contacting the customer and have a phone or email conversation about the project. I will come out at no charge to evaluate the project. I will quote or estimate the restoration or installation project. I will do the project and make sure the customer is 100% satisfied.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Apprentice program in Old Stone Restoration and installation. I've been involved in Stone Restoration and installations since 1990.
