During the construction of our home, the contracted landscaper used our laundry room hose hookup instead of an outdoor spigot. This resulted in significant water damage, requiring the front half of the house to be re-finished, including the ceiling, walls, and decorative work.

This has been the best mitigation company we have ever used. I own a plumbing company and we use Duraclean exclusively for all of our customers damaged properties. They do a comprehensive clean up as well as can provide build out options. They handled all of our headaches with the insurance companies as well. Duraclean was quick to respond to our 3rd floor water damage incident from a toilet that cracked and ran water down into our main floor and also into the basement. 3 floors were impacted.
Duraclean was professional, detailed, helped walk me through the process and steps as they went, and they communicated with my insurance adjuster to help navigate my insurance claim. After the water damage was remediated, they were also able to assist me with rebuilding the damaged interior and get my home back to a functioning house that i LOVED.
