- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process is that we either receive a call or a request for a quote from the potential client. We price out the project at a flat rate based on the things that the client needs/wants. Once the client decides to move forward with our services we email the contract. Once the contract is signed and paid for in full via credit card through the contract portal, we schedule the preview and staging install date and time. Once the property is staged, we will send some of our photos of the project via text to the client and let them know that we are finished. Once the property goes under contract the client lets us know what the tentative closing date is and we place the de-staging on our schedule.
