I have 16 years experience in the industry. I started out building houses, then did kitchen and bath renovations; now I'd like to focus on smaller jobs I can complete on my own. Some examples of my skills include installing light fixtures, hanging doors, repairing wood rot, installing cabinets, and drywall repairs and painting. Trusting someone to come into your house is not something I take lightly. Quality work and a strong work ethic are two characteristics I bring to every job.

Recommendation here for Raul with RULES HOME REPAIR LLC! Raul is reliable, knowledgeable, reasonable, honest, & he listens. I needed a new door installed, & he was amazing. Raul responded right away to my message and followed up at the house within 2 days to discuss the project and give me an estimate. Within a day, I changed my mind about the kind of door I wanted, & he was easy to reach for discussion. He stayed in touch while we waited for the door to arrive. Rules Home Repair is an outstanding contractor! Of all the residential contractors I have used in the last 25 years, Raul and his team are one of the best. After I consulted an engineer regarding some structural damage in my garage, Rules assessed the extent of the damage to a load bearing wall, properly braced the wall by building temporary section on both sides, removed damaged studs and other structural members, and replaced all. Rules has extensive experience in residential framing and their work is impressive. Additionally, they added much needed lighting, insulated with fire and soundproof insulation, replaced all the drywall and used fire-rated drywall in the ceiling. Every time I asked for a modification, Raul was happy to accomodate. This is definitely a top-tier outfit and so I highly recommend.

Rules Home Repair did an amazing job renovating my house including removing walls to open up the kitchen to dining room, living to family room, removing popcorn ceilings, reconfiguring the kitchen, and much more. The work quality was the highest I have ever seen, and they were highly professional, punctual, responsive, and fast. I highly recommend them and Raul and his team were simply a joy!!!

I hired Raul to redesign my kitchen island and install shiplap on an existing wall. He was punctual and arrived at 8 am ready to work. He is extremely knowledgeable and does quality work. He surpassed all my expectations and will be hiring him for more projects.

I am in the middle of a redesign. This included paint and a custom piece. Rules Home Repair painted the room, built stunning shelving units with lighting and custom bench with built in storage. I will absolutely use them again to handle my custom accent wall. This company does not disappoint!
