What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All Personal injury cases are done on a contingency fee basis. Meaning, if I don't recover money for my client, I don't get paid. I also cover the costs upfront. NO FEE UNLESS WE WIN!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The main thing is to get to know my client and their family. I can't truly represent them if I don't really know them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the elite Trial Lawyers College. At TLC we combine communication skills, psychology, and the law to better assist our clients and tell their story. I regularly work with jury and communication experts hone my craft.
