- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a service charge to come out that covers my gas, time, insurance, employees time, wear and tear on the company vehicle etc... I also give discounts if you have multiple task on the same job location since I’m already there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain all cost and procedures ahead of time and in most cases give more than one avenue to complete the job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Technical School & 15 years in the field.
