Zee knows his job pretty well! He knew exactly what was the issue with the garbage disposal and replaced it with the new one. There were some hiccups in removing the old one due to it being around 12 years old but he made everything looked seemless. Would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking to get their disposal repaired or install a new one. 5/5 stars for him!

Talk about World Class Customer Service! I had my garbage disposal serviced. The technician was extremely thorough, knowledgeable and moreover professional. The service was prompt and left me with great satisfaction. Though I hope to not need additional repairs, I know that I will be returning to Kennessaw Plumbing service if I need plumbing services

Jontell was polite and punctual. However, I hired him for a garbage disposal repair that turned out to really be a clogged drain. He quoted me $55 for the disposal repair but charged $90 to snake the drain. It helped somewhat but he was unable to completely clear the drain blockage. He told me to call if the problem persisted within 30 days and he would remedy the issue (i.e., snake the drain again to clear the clog). When I did call a couple of weeks later he said he did all he could do the first time--and advised me not to put food down the disposal. So I'm back at square one. $90 later I now have to hire another plumber. I think clearing a clogged drain should be a basic job expectation for a certified plumber. This was disappointing and a waste of time and money.

Addressed three (2 toilet repairs/garbage disposal) of the five maintenance requests for a fair price. Very poor communication on the other two (washing machine repair and hot water heater replacement). Extent of diagnosis for the washing machine was to taking a picture of the model # and recommendation that he order a water pump. Our next appointment about 10 days later came and went with no follow-up. I called someone else to fix and it turned out Nationwide Interiors representative took a picture of the dryer model number instead of the washing machine and that the issue was a sock stuck in the machine (likely why he did not call or show up for the appointment). I didn't have him replace the water heater as he didn't show up for the appointment nor call to cancel.
