- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have several price schedules in place to offer a consistent quality service. We know that each yard or area of service will vary in expectations from hedge trimming to repairing a wooden fence and that's why we have different rate schedules based on the wide range of services we offer.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
This seems like it should be industry standard but my typical process is to make introductions, briefly discuss previous relevant work experience, and determine best course of action for the customer.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BBA with an emphasis in Management from VSU. I have been in the green industry for many years. I have been through the Account Management training program with the nation's largest landscape maintenance company, now known as BrightView. I also am a certified Chemical Applicator for the state of GA.
