FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The majority of our services are based on a flat fee pricing structure. This is designed to make sure that our clients know what they will be charged. We operate with high integrity and do not nickle and dime our clients, nor do we use any bait and switch tactics.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes, I spend approximately 60 hours a year getting continuing education so I can keep abreast of the latest accounting and tax information, which allows me to best assist my clients. Additionally, being a nationally recognized speaker I teach continuing education tax law seminars for various organizations and universities including the National Society of Accountants, Auburn University, and University of North Carolina-Charlotte among others.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was always good with numbers ever since I was in high school. My parents owned a business and I helped with the bookkeeping at a very young age, which gave me business and accounting skills to get me interested in the field. I took my first accounting class in my junior year of high school and the subject matter came naturally to me. I knew from a young age this is the career I wanted to pursue.
