- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees for coaching sessions, business consulting and speaking are all listed in my profile. I offer discounts to not-for-profit organizations. If you have additional questions about fees, please simply ask.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically prefer to have a 15-20 minute phone or virtual conversation with a new client in order to hear about their goals and challenges. This gives us both an opportunity to lay the groundwork prior to truly getting started.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have spent 20+ years in environments focused on learning and development, including deep experience as a speaker and facilitator. I have been involved as both an in-house Director of Talent Management, as well as supporting clients in a freelance capacity.
