Jeff came by to give me an estimate today. He didn’t try to oversell the project and was honest. Simply a rare and great experience to not talk a customer into a project. I appreciate his candor and will refer and use him for major projects in the future if needed. If you want an honest estimate (in person), then use this company.

We contacted Jeff for a covered patio project. After a brief conversation on what I was looking for he set a date to come meet me and discuss the project. When he arrived I told him what I was looking for and didn’t have answer on most of questions and he needed to check with his engineer (if you are coming to discuss the project you better bring whoever you need to answer clients question). He wanted to bring his engineer to look at the site and give an estimate. We agreed on a date and time and they both came and we had a brief conversation about my needs. At this point they were going to send me an estimate. Couple of days later out of the blue Jeff texts me that we will be visiting my home with his project manager to look at the site. And without even my approval they did come unannounced, when I wasn’t home. Worst part they started taking pictures of my neighbors backyard without their consent. Because of this I had to deal with an upset neighbor. According to Jeff he has been doing this for 26 years, you should at least have a decency to take permission before barging in and taking pictures. You better plan your visits and bring whoever you need in one visit instead of showing up unannounced and we haven’t even agreed to give the project to his company.
