Just had the pleasure of doing business with MD Knox custom Glass! I broke a single window panel in my older style kitchen windows. I reached out to MD Knox late Wednesday evening and he came to my home the next morning. He arrived on time with a co worker and both were very professional and polite. He looked at the broken glass panel and gave me a great price! No minimum charge for small job fee just an honest fair price. He had to remove my storm window frame to make the repair, after replacing the glass he put my storm window frame back on, cleaned up all broken glass and cleaned up the area! Because the price was so fair I asked about a broken door glass in our old family China hutch. He looked at it and gave me another great price to replace so we did that too! No separate work order non sense or return trip necessary. We are very pleased with our glass repairs done by MD Knox custom glass and will highly recommend them to family and friends!

Maden and his team came through when they said they would and performed and did a great job. Maden explained what was going to happen, and he walked me through the process. Took the window out and filled it in just as described. Very clean and very professional, and great work done on the outside.
The only drawback and FAIL was the drywall work done on the inside where the window was. Unfortunately, it was not done with a professional knowledge of drywall. They did close it in. But the wall is very much uneven and will need to be repaired/replaced again for about $700. I did call Maden to come back and address, and he explained that he was very busy and never returned or called. But did get paid.
I still recommend them for the outside work. But would get someone else for sure to do any drywall work. Very disappointed and for the price I paid, definitely not the finished product I would have desired.
