- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is no overtime fee. If the bride is running late I will still stay to the end without charging an overtime fee. I have the best payment plan in the business.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I explain how long I have been in this business. And for my credentials, I direct them to Weddingwire so they can see my reviews. The next thing I do, I explain the booking process and all the things I need that will be part of their video. The final step is the editing process. I let them know when the video is going to be ready.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I went to school for video production in New York City. Then I worked with Jimmy Dee Entertainment in Briarcliff Manor, NY For about 7 years. During that time I videotaped weddings, bat/bar mitzvah and other events. The company is still going strong.
