FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We adhere to xactimate pricing which is the pricing the insurance companies use to pay for claims. We offer deductible assistance and try to work with self-pays to help them get their new roof.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start the process with a Free Inspection. We also utilize drone photography as well. Once we complete the inspection, we sit down with the homeowner and show them pictures of their roof if there was any damage. We then submit a quote. If the customer wants to proceed, we contact the insurance company and get a claim filed. We then meet with the insurance adjuster and go up on the roof with the adjuster to show him the damage. Once we get approval, we sign a contract with the customer and get the upfront insurance check from the homeowner, We contact the homeowner the next business day to confirm deposit receipt and to give them their scheduled install date. Normally it is less than 7 days depending on weather. Next our crew shows up and removes the old roof and installs the new one. Once roof is installed, Todd our owner comes by to do an after install quality inspection of the work done. He has to sign off every job. We then contact the homeowner to collect the balance due and insure the homeowner is happy with all the work we performed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
There is no official schooling for the roofing industry. The best education is experience. Our founder has over 15 years in the industry and climbs every house himself. Our install crews have installed over 900 roofs and have years of experience installing roofs professionally.
