I’ve worked with Akaela now for 6 months and she’s been incredible. Very timely with responsiveness and I love our workouts. She’s very knowledgeable and experienced and it shows. My goals have shifted in our time together and she’s phenomenal at adjusting our workouts to support those goals. I feel a lot stronger in areas I’ve always felt weak and I’m very grateful for her.
