- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Nothing feels quite as bad as feeling that you got ripped off. This applies both to customers and contractors. I like to talk with my customer so that they understand the pricing and that they are getting a reasonable price for the work given.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, I like to make sure that everyone understands exactly what it is to be done. Secondly, I like to text or talk to my customer daily so that they are aware of what is going on and what has been accomplished. I find problems arise on a job when there is a lack of communication so, I would rather over communicate, than under communicate.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I used to work with Benjamin Moore in central Florida to help develop paints for the company
