- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not have standard package prices, because at D.VINE we know that each bride is unique in their own style and no two brides want exactly the same designs. So packages leave you with voids that you have to pay extra for the things you wanted not in the package, or makes you pay for things you really don't need but are included in the package. SO, at D.VINE we customize or details to personalize it for the Bride... after all it IS all about HER!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Find out what the clients problems or concern are regarding their event. 2. GIVE them the solution to their needs with our services. 3. Rejoice with the HAPPY CLIENTS!!! we believe in making the process as simple as possible. Stress free Events are our main objective with each of our clients. That's what they pay US for, is to handle their stress so they can enjoy their event! We built our business on providing over the top Customer Service, and thats our goal with each client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Absolutely! A wise man once told me when I was 24 years old, that I should never go to bed at night until I had learned at least ONE new thing that day. Ironically that's stuck with me over the years. I feel I HAVE to stay on top of all the latest colors, trends, activities because that's why my clients call on ME and keep coming back!
