Ricky and his team did some painting and staining for me, as well as a minor repair to my porch screen. From the get-go I felt good about hiring Ricky, based on his professionalism and communication. The one thing I will say here and now is this was by far the best experience I have ever had with hiring a contractor for work around my home. I booked RHB approx. one month in advance and Ricky, the owner, was in regular contact with me on timing, basic questions, and concerns. First, I was pleasantly surprised with the painters' early arrival. I am not accustomed to contractors arriving on time, never mind being early for a job. :) Second, I was very happy with the quality of their work in my bathroom and deck staircase. When the work was finished, I pointed out one small defect in the paint job the next day. They were quick to fix this, even working around my tight schedule. I have had some rotten luck with contractors in the past and am always leery when I have to hire one. I am very happy I have finally found a contractor who is not just honest and reliable, but also has a great work ethic.
