Kellen was amazing! During this entire process he has been great. From the beginning, he was always very responsive to all of my messages/questions and answered everything throughly. He showed up on time and got to work with installing our gazebo. He put the gazebo together quickly and secured it to the concrete. My husband and I are very pleased with it and would definitely recommend him.

Mir was great. He installed and anchored down a gazebo for us. He also does lighting but we opted out of this. He even went to grab extra materials for us in between. Would hire again for other jobs, definitely recommend!

First, I would like to say that Kellen and his brother Stephen were easy to work with and nice people. It did not end on a positive note due to lack of communication. Stephen did the installation but at the end the roof panels did not align. Kellen came over to assist and concluded that the product was incorrectly fabricated. They agreed to disassemble the gazebo the next morning since the day had been long and we would return the product. Well, overnight I decided to make the necessary adjustments to the roof myself instead of returning it. I told Stephen this via text and he said that "he had been thinking about this project all night and that he believe he has a "fix" before we decide to cut the roof." That was great news! Well, the next morning Stephen showed up and started to remove pieces from the assembly. I'm thinking that he is applying his "fix" so I went about my day inside the house. After about an hour he contacted me and to my surprise the whole gazebo had been dissembled. No! I was very surprised. He stated that the "fix" would not work. WHY WOULD HE NOT TELL ME THIS BEFORE HE TOOK APART THE GAZEBO! Now, we are out of the installation fee and have two boxes full of metal that we have to organize, package and return. And, now have to pay another installation fee. That was just bad communication. I feel like I should have been told that the plans had changed again before Stephen decided to disassemble the gazebo. That would have dictated my next decision. You guys need to make sure that you constantly communicate with the customers to avoid situations like this one.
