- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We love giving options with honest, upfront pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our customer support representative contacts the customer at the provided phone number and gets a good understanding of the work that is needed and schedules for our opportunity technician to come out and assess what the customer wants to be done and goes over options with the customer. Once the customer selects what option they want to move forward with, we schedule for one of our install teams to come out and complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We collectively have over 40 years of hands on experience with electrical work. We also maintain an electrical license and insurance.
