- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices are nonnegotiable. Negotiating my prices is like saying my talent isn’t worth what I put so much time and money to build. I do offer discounts based off my own personal judgment and usually seasonal ones. My fees would typically be for travel, being late for your appointment, and last minute cancellation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
No exact process. I always provide great customer service. I make sure all questions are answered. I give them a relief that they even considered the thought of wanting to book me even if they don’t.
