FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I always like to see a place before I make a quote but understand that some people prefer other methods. In our area, there are many that lower prices and do extreme measures to get business. This industry is very inconsistent so it's important that you compare each quote. Make sure the business is licensed and insured. Also, make sure there is a background check on all employees. In many cases, companies hire out marginal painters for $10-$12/hour and bank the profits. The lowest quote is almost never gives you the best option
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing is to make the customer happy. I work with you to make sure you get exactly what you want. This industry is loaded with broken promises and mislead people. I keep you informed with the project and let you know if something can be better. I truly believe that organic and chemical free paint is the best option. The consumer is unaware of how bad commercial paint is and our mislead by labels. The EPA recently made it an issue that VOC's can cause major health issues. Organic paint is in line with major big box paint. Let me show you the huge benefits of this paint
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have always loved to paint. I have worked for a residential painting company and painted for 20 years on the side. I left my sales position to do what I truly love....to paint!
