A five-star review does NOT even begin to really rate the service we received from the Heating/Air Conditioning Department of Thompson & Thompson Service Group. The owner, Scott Thompson, even came out to make sure we were taken care of. He and his service man provided exceptional service, were absolutely professional at all times, gave us information on what they were doing and what our next steps should be.....all on a weekend and within minutes of our making a desperate call! Without their help, we would have been in big trouble. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND SCOTT THOMPSON AND ALL HIS SERVICES. Again, thank you Scott and the gentleman who actually did most of the work (sorry we can't recall his name, but there was much going on).Heather and Kim

I signed up for their 2x a year maintenance program. The technician that came out was very thorough and knowledgeable. They came out on Friday and serviced my unit (which hasn't been looked at since 4 years ago when I moved in) and today, the hottest day of the year, my house is a cool 72 even though it's set on 74. My husband and I are very impressed and are happy that we are set up to keep our air conditioner in tip top shape!

My children are going to be embarrassed by the video review but I was so thrilled to have my AC fixed that I didnt care how awful I looked! Calling on a Friday morning, I was happily surprised that someone could come out the same day. Wendy was very pleasant and helpful on the phone. Mr. Dave is awesome. He knows his business and it shows. He really cares about what hes doing and taking care of the customer too. Mr. Dave made sure I understood what needed to be done and then he took care of it.
