MOLD IN YOUR HOUSE AND /OR CRAWLSPACE? Pure Maintenance Of Georgia is your answer. Don’t look further. I’m serious. Just stop. My house had mold on every single inch of every single item in my house (furniture, clothes, books, photos, art, items inside storage boxes, tackle boxes, everything). Nothing was left untouched. Where air got, the mold got. I had 6 different estimates done with mold remediation companies. All of them would take around 2 weeks to treat, my dog and I would need to find a place to stay, I would have to throw away my mattresses, plants, furniture. I would have to have my carpets & drapes professionally cleaned. 3 of the companies said I would have to have all my furniture moved to a facility to be cleaned. All of this for the cost of $50,000 – 70,000. I hadn’t been able to live in my house for 4 months already due to the mold, and then I was facing the prospect of essentially abandoning my house due to lack of funds, while trying to find alternate housing with no job, in the middle of a pandemic. I received a referral to this company from a friend. I had serious mold issues which were resolved with this treatment as shown by the post treatment air quality test. I appreciated the responsiveness and promptness of the company, and them being able to treat not only the main area of the house but also the attic and HVAC/duct system for the same price as other companies that would only treat the main living space.

‘We were closing on our house in a FEW DAYS! The buyer’s inspector noticed some mold that needed addressing. Within 48 hours, they identified the type of mold, sprayed the home, had a lab test done to check the air that night, and we had the results the next day by 11 am! Our downstairs air has ZERO signs of mold AND it comes with a warranty to never regrow- unless there is a water leak, which obviously they can’t control. Hands down, one of the best companies I have EVER worked with. Cathy and Joshua were amazing and miracle workers!!!!! They should get all 5 responses, but it would only let me pick three.
