- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is dependent upon the type of job (family portrait, wedding, etc.) and the amount of time involved in the project; however my final pricing always includes editing and giving the photographs to my client via USB thumb drive.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Aside from actual shooting, this is the process I enjoy the most; I absolutely love meeting and engaging with my clients and discovering what they want in their photographs. My process is simple: it's simply what is the most comfortable for my client; whether it be a quick initial phone conversation or a more intimate face to face meeting where my client can view sample images on my tablet. From there, pricing is negotiated and agreed upon so that we can both proceed forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My degree is in Mass Communications with an emphasis on TV/Production Studio Work; in addition I have taken several photography classes with emphasis on both composition and editing.
