First off I’m brand new to thumbtack so I assumed the service I received was just Thumbtacks way of doing business.... Until I contacted other face painting artist, ballon l twisters and magicians. They all responded within a day (really within 2 hours max). Had they not exceeded my level expectations I would of assumed this company is just the best Thumbtack has to offer.
I don’t need warm and friendly I just need professionalism... I’m not easily offended. So with that said Thumbtack is awesome I will definitely use the site again. I would NEVER recommend A colored nightmare murals and face art. They would literally log on 5 minutes after I sent them messages and just never replied.
P.S I posted the thread because I believe in facts over emotions. Lastly a quick message could of saved my time and prevented this review!!!
