Worst experience because I did not get the service that I paid for, nor did I get a refund. He didn't do anything regarding my case that was a very simple application filling. He kept giving different excuses with an attitude. It is unprofessional and rude to raise your voice at your client who is simply trying to ask you a question.

This client asked for a refund after I had already done work on the case and after having represented him for a month. I was always prepared to continue with his case, but he apparently changed his mind about pursuing a case and wanted me to give his money back simply because he changed his mind. No attorney would issue a refund based on these facts.
