- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although we do offer package pricing, we do not lock anyone into our bundled deals. No two events are alike, so we customize each job to suit its particular needs. We also offer our new Thumbtack customers a discount on their first event for giving us a shot!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we obtain as much information about the event as possible. Then we draft a proposal which includes pricing. When the customer is ready to book with us, they return the signed proposal (now a contract) along with a deposit to hold their date. Final payment is due by the event date.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I firmly believe that we only regret the photos we DON'T take, so if you ever see me at a family or corporate event of my own, I'll be the one taking pictures of everyone and everything. The memories that are captured in a photo are the ones we're sure to carry with us forever.
