- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to be affordable across the board but still offer quality service. This is one of the most important days of your life! It should be stress-free and comfortable.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I typically do a "pre visit" call with the couple to get to know them a little bit I ask some important questions and then I make custom scripts to fit the couple.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of the American Marriage Ministries.
