I have used several tile companies over the years. Harold Pro Floors did a great job. Fabrizio did the installation and his work was incredible. We are super pleased with the project. Harold's team showed up as expected, work super hard while they were here, and cared for our home like it was their own. If you are going to install tile anywhere in your home do not use anyone else.

This team does great work for a good price. Harold was quick and consistent with communication (via text primarily, which worked well) and was easy to make payments. The team was kind and professional. The work was all completed on time and true to the cost estimates. When a change was needed or requested, the team was quick to pause and work out a path forward quickly and without hassle. They listened to us and delivered what we asked for. I am a single mother of a teenage daughter, and we felt comfortable with all of the team members in the house, they were very polite and professional. Estimates and receipts are all done electronically, they take multiple methods of payment, and it was fast and easy to make changes to estimates. I would hire them again or refer to a friend.
