I had an excellent experience with Noah Hudson of Garrett Mechanical. He arrived right on time and immediately assessed the issue with my broken shower valve. He carefully laid out a plan, explaining the pros and cons of each option, allowing me to make an informed decision. Once I chose the best approach, he got straight to work. Noah was professional and courteous throughout the entire process. His workmanship was top-notch—he didn’t just fix the problem but upgraded my outdated shower plumbing setup using high-quality materials. He replaced old PVC pipes with brass and swapped out the flimsy plastic knob for a sturdy stainless steel handle. He was thorough in checking his work upon completion and made sure everything was functioning perfectly. To top it off, he left the workspace clean and tidy. I’m extremely pleased with the result and wouldn’t hesitate to call on Garrett Mechanical for any future plumbing needs. Thank you, Noah, for your excellent service!
