I hired Sarah Elizabeth Photo and Film in Macon, Georgia, at the end of November to take photos of my Montezuma facility for my new website. Unfortunately, it has been an incredibly disappointing experience. After being very eager to secure the deposit, all she has done since is reschedule repeatedly for various reasons. Now, over a month later, I received an email stating she will be out of town for most of January, meaning the photos will be delayed until the end of the month. This lack of professionalism and commitment has set my project back significantly. If you value your time and need someone reliable, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere. Shame on her for failing to honor her commitments.

The facts: I rescheduled ONCE due to the noravirus. I was contagious and sick. I never heard back so i assumed due to the holidays they were out of office. Once i FINALLY heard something after a week i said that my month is booked out several weeks. I was happy and eager to work with this client however due to their lack of communication and response and tight deadline it did not work out. I tried multiple times to make a day and time work but would never hear back to finalize anythjng.

Sarah was a wonderful photographer! My fiancé and I had a very tight schedule of when we could have our pictures taken, since he's in the army. Sarah was able to make time for us and got us on her schedule. The pictures are so beautiful and she made sure that I got all the different poses that I wanted! My favorite thing about her was that she was so easy to work with!! I never felt uncomfortable and she provided wonderful ideas that lead to the most meaningful pictures! I would recommend her for any of your picture needs!

YALL if you haven’t booked your session, book them now! sarah is easily one of the easiest photographers i’ve worked with. she makes you laugh and her pictures are so genuine!
