The hardest thing I had to do was screw up the courage to trust Fed Ex and send my only hand made prototype to him.
I found Brandon to be capable, knowledgeable, easy to work with, and creative with suggested ideas for modifications which would fit a manufacturing process.
He possesses a through knowledge of his CAD software and works as quick as possible. We didn't quite get everything accomplished in one 3 hour session. It required 1 extra hour.
But I must say, the one on one Zoom process he employs, beats the heck out of multiple emails and phone calls back and forth. Through out the process you get to see your item take shape. And at the end you see your finished item.
I must say, it made me happy to see something that I fashioned with hand tools, grow up, and become what I had imagined.
