My appointment was at 9:00am. Movers arrived at 9:35am but did communicate about being late. When paying I was told the price was $250.00. I ask why when it was $75 per hour. I was advised of a $100 truck rental which was not mentioned on line. The young man waived the truck rental since I booked on line. It took less than an hour from start to finish which means I was charged for two hours. I paid $150 and hope they get a tip out if that amount.
