FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to keep my prices within the customer budget. I realize that all of us want things done a cheap as possible. However, the old saying goes you get what you pay for. So, we want things done right but not willing to pay for it to be done right is to the contrary. But we can pay what we have. So, rather than try to have the cheapest price, I would much rather talk about quality. It takes quality to do the job right and to see it through to the end. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My service is dependable and making the customer happy is my priority. It cost me gas, time & wear & tear on my vehicle to go to a customer location & because of that it's a fee to give an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting new customers and seeing them happy with the work that I performed for them. When people contact a handyman they want help with their project. I consider it a honor that the customer is allowing me a chance to prove myself to them. It's as delightful to me to see the customer happy, as it is for them when a job is done right.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing odd jobs and yard work, working on cars and using those type tools for a long time. Because of these things I developed the experience to do this type of work. So many times its on the job training and that can be how a project is learned. I just try to apply what I know to a project and use knowledge and experience to it.
