Juanita did a wonderful job decorating for my mom’s 50th birthday party!! The family and guests were in awe of her work. She added nice touches and details to personalize the experience for the party. My mom’s reaction and facial expression absolutely concurred! Juanita has her own beautiful venue that we used for the party and it helped showed very well during the party. Juanita went ABOVE AND BEYOND to ensure this party went well for us. We appreciate you!

Alicia was very prompt in responding to our inquiry. She was very professional, polite and accommodating. She even provided a few great suggestions with choosing decor, which was really helpful. Overall, her customer service was great! I would suggest that she would be more personable with her clients. You build better rapport when you address someone by name. At some point I felt that she had forgotten my name.
Moreover, she provided the services that we agreed on, however, the balloon arch that she created for us did not meet our expectations. The color scheme was missing a color. The gold that we wanted was substituted for a pastel tan color.
The arch was underdeveloped because the half without the organic balloons was bare and we agreed it would contain pieces of fabric of our chosen color scheme, instead it was wrapped with a gold balloon inflated chain, which I said was fine in the moment because her and her staff was still working in the midst of the party and I had other things to be concerned with.
I provided additional balloons to meet the theme of the party which could have been used to make the arch appear fuller, but again I did not voice those concerns at the time once the party had started.
Additionally, the centerpieces that were created did not meet our expectations either. Again, not what I envisioned based on the pictures she provided showing what she could recreate.
So, all in all, our experience was mediocre, but I suppose the value was decent for what we received. Thanks again.

Patrice helped me plan and decorate my wedding in July 2021. When I first met with her I told I literally had ideas and color schemes but nothing else. There were two things I was not bending on and that was the colors and the centerpieces. I had a few larger ones in mind and I wanted them exactly the way I envisioned. Patrice went above and beyond from the moment we booked her. She was Johnny on the spot anytime I had an idea, thought, or question. She sent us plenty of referrals for catering, DJs, halls, and even stationary. We ended up using almost everyone she referred to us. She came up with our entire timeline and made sure we stuck to it. Every member of our family and wedding party commented on how efficient and just "present" she was. Most of my family came from out of town so we relied on Patrice for directions and wrangling of people and she did not disappoint. I even saw her a few times helping with the kids (which believe me was a full time job all on it's own lol). My mom and I's breath was taken away when we first the hall it was amazing and made me almost cry (if my makeup wasn't already done). She took my idea and made it far beyond anything I could have EVER imagined it to be. She stuck to my budget and was realistic about what she could do and what I could expect but in person wow did she amaze me. If you're coming across her page and have any hesitation DON'T Book Patrice she's amazing!!! Ohh and PS: she also made hall the flowers for EVERYONE in our wedding my bouquet was so gorgeous!!!
