- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we keep our pricing transparent and fair. I always offer free estimates, and there are no hidden fees—what we agree on is what you’ll pay. We also offer discounts for recurring cleanings (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly), and we occasionally run seasonal specials for new customers. Every space and situation is a little different, so I like to customize our pricing based on your specific needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
It all starts with a conversation. I’ll ask a few questions to get a feel for your space, what areas you’d like cleaned, and how often you need service. If needed, I’ll schedule an in-person or virtual walk-through to give you the most accurate quote. From there, we’ll go over scheduling, any special requests you might have, and make sure you’re 100% comfortable with everything before we get started. Communication is really important to me, so I always make myself available for any questions or adjustments along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent over a decade in the cleaning industry, and during that time I’ve completed various training programs in both residential and commercial cleaning practices. I’ve also trained my team personally, focusing not just on technique, but on customer service, professionalism, and the small details that really make a difference. Our goal is not just to clean—it’s to elevate your entire experience.
