The two gentlemen that came out to my house to clean our air, ducts and dryer vents were great. They were punctual and kind. They explained what they were doing, and showed me some vents before and after cleaning. I would definitely recommend Cooper Massey Services based on my experience with them this morning.

Cooper Massey found that my dryer vent had a big hole through the vent in the attic. They were able to fix the pipe and clean out all of the year of lint that had accumulated. I highly recommend them for duct cleaning services.

The duct cleaning price was fair and in line with the market, but it was the work that we were especially impressed with and grateful for. I had been having breathing issues since we moved into our new-to-us, 30+ year old home. With so many other needed repairs, it took a while to get to the ducts. That's when we learned why I'd been having issues. Mold - a lot of it - was present on several vents. We had it remediated on the spot (again, for a price in line with the market) and I have had no issues ever since. We'd give 10 stars if we could.

We were extremely pleased with our dryer vent cleaning. It really needed to be done…way past due! Air duct vents from both HVAC systems were cleaned and treated for mold. Cooper Massey Services was extremely careful and left no mess. They went above and beyond by replacing some vent covers, being very careful to find exact matches to the existing ones in our 20-year-old home. They also installed a new blue light to help prevent mold. We will definitely use them again.
