The duct cleaning price was fair and in line with the market, but it was the work that we were especially impressed with and grateful for. I had been having breathing issues since we moved into our new-to-us, 30+ year old home. With so many other needed repairs, it took a while to get to the ducts. That's when we learned why I'd been having issues. Mold - a lot of it - was present on several vents. We had it remediated on the spot (again, for a price in line with the market) and I have had no issues ever since. We'd give 10 stars if we could.

We were extremely pleased with our dryer vent cleaning. It really needed to be done…way past due! Air duct vents from both HVAC systems were cleaned and treated for mold. Cooper Massey Services was extremely careful and left no mess. They went above and beyond by replacing some vent covers, being very careful to find exact matches to the existing ones in our 20-year-old home. They also installed a new blue light to help prevent mold. We will definitely use them again.

Jamar and his partner were very nice and always listened when we had questions or concerns. They cleaned and sanitized our ductwork and removed a dead animal from our HVAC. Our house smells so much better.

Cooper Massey Services came in and did an excellent job with my air duct cleaning service! They let us know about their findings during inspection and gave us their professional recommendations on the unexpected mold that they found. What was supposed to be a routine cleaning ended up being a needed inspection. We moved in this house and it needed the air ducts cleaned. Upon cleaning, Cooper Massey found mold and remediated it. With an almost 2 year old in the house it was a no brainer that it was right thing to do. Now we can rest assure that we are breathing clean air and not putting our baby boy at risk. Thank you!
