Rory was nothing short of amazing to work with. I told him my problem I had with Home Depot guys not installing my dishwasher and he immediately came to the rescue. He not only installed the dishwasher, he also installed my built-in microwave with the trim kit. This installation was not an emergency, however, he was prompt with his response and the quality of the work was superb. I would definitely use Rory again for all my appliance installs.

Rory of New Focus replaced an older garbage disposal with a new one in my house. He quickly responded to my inquiries about the job and we scheduled the installment within a 48 hour period. I should note that there was no urgency for the installment. Rory is very knowledgeable about his craft and he is a super friendly guy. Great value relative to other plumbers I researched for the job. I will be calling on him for future appliance work.
