Amazing work!!! These guys came by same day and knocked the job out for the agreed upon price! And when my daughter turned around and accidentally damaged the work, they came right back within minutes to Re-Repair the window pane. Excellent company! Will recommend to everyone!

Horrible experience with this contractor. We agreed on cost of repair and time -10a-2 p on Saturday at rental property. I let the resident know, and ask for contractor to call to let me know when otw so I could meet him, pay, and discuss future repairs/replacements. I got there early and began pressure washing the driveway thinking I could get some maintenance done while there. He called and texted while I was working and therefore didn't immediately respond. by the time I check to see if he called he sent a text cancelling the appointment due to non response. At no time was there communication regarding cancellation of the visit if I didn't answer the phone. I was at the agreed upon place with the agreed upon money. He offered to come the next day (today) between 10-noon, and my resident agreed. This morning I get a text from contractor to push time later from noon to 2pm. Resident graciously okayed this. I received a text the he was en route with eta of 1:50pm. Contractor called me at 2:02 to tell me it started sprinkling outside so he wanted to set up in the resident's livingroom. Resident did not want this and asked him to reschedule if he could not work outside as expected. Resident asked if he would wait, the rain would likely stop (it did), contractor wanted to sit with him and watch the game on TV. Contractor then tells me he would charge an additional $85 to come back some other time. I never got an apology for any of the inconveniences and rescheduling and tardiness.
In addition to all of the above, I was asked multiple times to submit my contact info and photos of the window. Horrible customer service, but I could have overlooked this if the job was done on time and professionally.
I hired this contractor based on positive reviews so I felt it necessary to tell my story.
