She is super amazing. I’ve encountered about 4 alteration businesses and they each have failed me miserably to the point I was calling and texting them daily just for them to make me bow ties but with Althea, I never had to feel like I was bothering her. She listened and made sure my projects were done before the time I requested. That’s amazing customer service. There is none like her in the business. Go ahead and give her a try. You will not be disappointed. This is who I will recommend for alterations and fashion creations with whoever I meet.
