- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is very reasonable and I give discounts to current as well as military veterans.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally meet all customers and allow them to see all my credentials. I am very well versed in insurance claims procedures, I am a former inside adjuster. I do an inspection of the damage, provide an written estimate & the time table.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified roofer, a certified home inspector & a certified mold specialist.
