- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to remediation, our team can only quote what they can see. If further damage is found to be behind the walls, in the attic, or in a place where our cameras can't go then additional charges could apply. We do our best to provide the most accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Being able to communicate with the client and empathize with their emergency is the utmost importance. We like to ask a lot of questions to ascertain the damage. Establishing a client's relationship is very important to us.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in this industry for over 24 years. I am licensed and certified with the IICRC (International Institute of Cleaning and Restoration Contractors) to provide water, fire, and mold cleanup services.
