- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin working with a new customer, I usually get information about the animals we will be caring for and any instructions on medicines and feeding habits. This is obtained through a phone call with the client before the meet and greet. We meet the owners and their pets to establish friendship and familiarize the pets with our smell and touch before the customer leaves on their trip. We can provide proof of insurance and bonding.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a member of Pet Sitter International, an excellent resource for education about my chosen field. We also have an A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau in Chattanooga, Tennessee.
