Reviewing this as a property investor who DID NOT use services.
This guy is Very rude and unprofessional.
He threw a text tantrum because I couldn’t come to the property when he arrived 30 minutes after the 4-5 hour time frame. He had me waiting all day for him to show up.
He said he would give me 30 min heads up before arriving. Instead, He text me when he arrived 30 min after the whole time frame.
He only takes cash or check. If he had given me 30 minutes, I would have gone to the bank during the time frame to get him a check. He came late. His fault. I don’t pre-cutting cashiers checks for people I don’t know. He was pissed because I couldn’t go to the bank with his later arrival. I asked him to come another time since there was no other payment method he accepted.
He only accepts CHECKS and CASH. Nothing electronic going into the year 2021. - keep that in mind.
In the end of our texting back and forth, He said he would pass on the opportunity.
Im glad he did because he was a scam with what he was trying to charge and I’m busy with other projects to be worried about a 10$ repair that he was trying to charge me $135 for.
He actually took the working lock piece from my window when one of my workers was at the property to meet him for the quote and disregarded returning it. So he’s a thief. He never gave it back.
Unprofessional and I’m glad that I didn’t use him. Tried to charge me $135 for a window lock replacement for a piece that costs $4 !!
