- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My service is dependable and making the customer happy is my priority. It cost me gas, time & wear & tear on my vehicle to go to a customer location & because of that it's a fee to give an estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to first respond to the customer msg. and ask the customer to contact them. I also offer free estimates to my customers if they select me for the job. It's a fee if I give the estimate and someone else does the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing handyman work for 4 years. I started in Atlanta and I have provided customers with satisfying results.
