My application was denied, which is fine - someone else got there first, it happens. I knew the rental application fee was non-refundable. This is why I communicated that it would take a few days for all of my paperwork to come in. They said nothing of a deadline or that it would even be a problem. I know why now, they were suckering me out of an $100.00 application fee. Any reputable service would have at least warned me that someone else was applying for the home and that I may lose my application fee. But not ReMax RMS team. Even though I had communicated with them in person, by phone, and by email, no one mentioned that someone else was interested in the home even though I specifically told them it would take some extra time for me to get my application together.

Finding a home for my client to rent was a daunting task because many of the homes that are listed on outside sites are not agent friendly to show or to get clients approved. When I found your listing, which was the last one after many weeks of looking, the agent happened to be on site waiting for another potential client and she allowed us to enter without me having to use my lock box key. That was great in itself. My clients absolutely loved the house and knew they were in competition with the other clients looking. They obtained their application on site and immediately did all they could to secure this home. They are very happy and so am I. The process was so easy-all I had to do was bring the client. Thank you for such great service.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At RMS Team, Relationships Mean Success and we would like to have a conversation with our potential clients to get an idea of their specific needs and how we can best accommodate them.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our Property Managers are licensed Realtors® and two are licensed Brokers. We are also very active in our local Board of Realtors® as well as the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM®).
